Academy Program Overview

Our Philosophy

The Academy years are where great habits are built. At All In FC, we believe players develop best when they are challenged, encouraged, and inspired every day they step on the field. Through high quality coaching, a positive learning environment, and age appropriate competition, we help players build the skills, confidence, and love for the game that will serve them throughout their soccer journey. Whether a player’s goal is to compete at the highest levels of youth soccer or simply become the best version of themselves, the Academy Program provides the foundation for future success.

Kids & Teenagers

all-in FC academy Soccer

The All In FC Academy Program is designed for ambitious young players ages U8 through U12 who are ready to take the next step in their soccer development. Serving as the bridge between Recreational and Select soccer, the Academy provides a challenging yet supportive environment where players build the technical skills, tactical awareness, and confidence needed to compete at higher levels.

Led by experienced, professionally licensed coaches, Academy players participate in structured training sessions that emphasize individual ball mastery, decision making, creativity, and game intelligence. While winning is part of the experience, our primary focus is long term player development and preparing each athlete for future success both on and off the field.

Players are evaluated through our annual tryout process and placed on teams that best match their current stage of development. By training and competing alongside players of similar ability, each athlete is challenged appropriately while continuing to grow in confidence and skill.

The Academy Program is an important step within the All In FC Player Pathway, providing players with the foundation needed to advance into our Select and Elite programs while fostering a lifelong passion for the game.

Fall 2026 – Spring 2027

*For the 2026-27 season, US Youth Soccer will transition to a seasonal year based on an August 1 – July 31 cutoff date, meaning players born in a given year will be grouped into age divisions based on that August 1 date.  This change aims to align youth soccer age groups with the school year more closely, which is a return to a previous model.

Boys and Girls have their own teams per age group.
