Select Program Overview
Our Philosophy
The Select years are where players begin to transform potential into performance. At All In FC, we believe meaningful development comes through challenging training, competitive matches, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Guided by experienced coaches in a positive, player centered environment, athletes refine their technical abilities, tactical understanding, and confidence while learning the value of discipline, accountability, and teamwork. Whether a player’s goal is to compete in our Elite Program, play at the collegiate level, or simply reach their highest potential, the Select Program prepares them for the next stage of their soccer journey.
Teenagers
all-in FC Select Soccer
The All In FC Select Program is designed for dedicated players U13 through U19 who are ready to train, compete, and develop in a highly competitive environment. Building upon the technical foundation established in our Academy Program, Select players receive advanced coaching, compete against top clubs throughout the region, and are challenged to reach their highest potential.
Our professionally licensed coaches emphasize technical excellence, tactical understanding, intelligent decision making, and character development while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Every training session and match is designed to prepare players for success at the next level, whether that means advancing into our Elite Program, competing in college, or simply becoming the best player they can be.
Players are selected through an annual tryout process and placed on teams based on their ability, commitment, and long term development needs. Throughout the year, teams compete in league play, tournaments, and showcase events that provide meaningful competition and opportunities to grow both individually and as a team.
At All In FC, the Select Program is more than competitive soccer, it’s where committed players develop the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to excel on and off the field.
